There are two reasons why this practice is called The Therapy Partnership.
When first established, nearly two decades ago, the name reflected the fact it consisted of several therapists drawn from different disciplines who were co-operating together.
Over time however we have come to recognise the name aptly sums up a different but equally important partnership – between clients and therapists.
It is that partnership which we believe is the essential element which helps our clients build greater control over their lives and effectively tackle the problems which have troubled them.
The Therapy Partnership was originally located in central London and is now based near Reading in Berkshire.
Our aim has always been to provide a professional, effective service – reasonably priced and accessible to everyone. |
Emily Metliss originally established The Therapy Partnership in the early 1990s as a multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of different thereapies,
She trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) gaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
She has practised as a hypnotherapist in both Britain and the United States since 1994, specialising in weight control for which she has developed a highly successful protocol of therapy.
Over the last few years however Emily has focused most of her work on writing about hypnotherapy and related subjects as well as exploring and explaining advance therapeutic techniques. |
